We rode a train to seward and back. We spent the day downtown and at the Sea life center. The kids loved looking at all the animals and most of all they had a blast in the train. The train has a place to look outside, between the cars. Haili would lean out and laugh.
We went to Gridwood and panned for gold. We also went to the Wild life conservation center, and saw many different animals that live in alaska. The kids got to watch them feed a baby Musk Ox. Cody's favorite part was digging holes all over the river with his shovel. The girls had a blast playing in the glacier water. They were both drentched by the time we were done. We did manage to get a few flakes of gold which was prety exciting.
We took the kids to see a reigndeer farm. The kids had a blast being encircled by tons of reigndeer. Reigndeer don't bight so the kids could feed them pellets out of their hands. They also had a few baby's that were no bigger then cody.

Alyeska
7 1/2 months pregnant and I can still climb Mt. Everest...Ok, so it's not Mt. Everest but it felt like it. We took the tram up Mt. Alyeska ski resort in girdwood and then Hiked to the bowl from there. We are having so much fun with Trevor's sister, Tasha, and her kids. To bad it has to rain! We are going on 31 days straight of rain. It's not as bad as it seems. It is so beautiful up here right now. And Cody is loving jumping in all the mud puddles. We are trying to get as much play time in as possible before school starts. Haili will be in 1st grade, she is so excited!

Happy Birthday Trevor
Salt Lake City
I was able to go to Salt Lake City for the weekend, and visit my family. I had a wonderful time! I was able to visit the sites and go shopping with my mother. We ate so much good food! And my cousin Cameron and Kari had a beautiful wedding, I was so glad that I was able to visit with all the family. The weather was sunny and hot! It was nice to get out of the rain! We have had 27 straight days of rain, and we have broken the record this year! It is still beautiful.
We also can't waite... only 2 1/2 more months until we have our new baby girl! Now if we could only come up with a name. Let me know if you have any good ideas...We like them short and sweet and girlie.

2010 Airshow-Anchorage Ak
We spent the whole day on base watching the airshow. The kids had a ton of fun, and got to run, run, and run some more! They got to go in all the planes, helicopters, trucks, and tanks. They loved the planes that did all the tricks the best. They didn't like the jets as much, they were to loud. But we had a blast!
Haili loved to talk to one of the girl pilots of the Blue Angels!
Cody loved to play with all the guns they had!
They both got their faces done in camo, but the guy painting cody's couldn't stop laughing. Cody didn't want a stranger touching his face, so he pouted the whole time.
We got to see the Blue angels and the Candadian Snow birds.

Hello From Alaska
Birthdays come and go so fast and I can't believe how grown up my children are. Cody loves riding his bike these days, he will get off at random times kick the tires check the chain then get back on and start riding again. He is such a man. His favorite things right now is anything to do with toy story and tools. He turned 4 this year, and we had a small party with grandma and grandpa rowe. He loved it. Haili has turned 6 going onto 21.. she is so excited that she will be in the first grade. She had a fun party out in the rain. She got her ears pierced and she got her favorite dress up shoes. They are both at the age where they love to fight with each other but they can't stand to play alone. They can't waite until our new arrival comes(Which by the way we are having a GIRL!). Every day Haili is excited to watch my stomach grow and asks is the baby comming yet. They drive me crazy sometimes but they make me laugh more than ever. We have had a beautiful start to our summer, it rains every other day but it is still very pretty and the kids have enjoyed it here. We are even thinking about staying here permanently. Well that is our update so far Hope everyone is enjoying the summer!
